The Transformation.

For the long-standing, the serious, and the dogs with more than one trigger. Ten to twelve weeks, support between every session, and what we’re working towards written down before you pay anything.

With you, residential, or online · Price set at the assessment
01 — Who this is for

The dog everyone else has had a go at.

This is the deep end. If any of this list is yours, you’re in the right place.

01Years of rehearsal, not weeks
02More than one trigger — or triggers that stack
03A bite history, or the near-misses you don’t talk about
04A household walking on eggshells around its own dog
05A rescue with a past nobody can tell you about
06Advice from four trainers that contradicts itself
02 — How it runs

Ten to twelve weeks, with support in between.

Serious problems don’t change in the hour you spend with us. They change in your week — so the programme lives there too.

01

Assessment

We watch the dog, map every trigger, and write down what we’re working towards. If we don’t think we can help — or it needs a vet or a clinical behaviourist first — this is where we say so.

02

Foundations, at distance

Structure at home, and work at whatever distance the dog can genuinely cope with. Nothing gets closer until the foundations hold.

Weeks 1–4
03

Support between sessions

You film the week, we review it, and the plan adjusts before small slips become setbacks. The work happens in your week, not our hour.

Ongoing
04

Close the gaps

Distance comes down, triggers get worked one at a time, and the dog builds a history of getting it right — on our terms, on private ground.

Weeks 5–8
05

Real world, and handover

The lanes, the car parks, your street. Then we stop running it and watch you run it, until it holds in the places you actually live.

Weeks 9–12
06

Review against what we wrote

We read back the outcome from week zero and mark it honestly, together.

Week 12
03 — Same programme, three ways

Where it happens depends on the dog.

With you

Paddock and home

You learn the dog while the dog learns the work. Sessions on two private acres and at your house, because the problem lives in both places.

Residential

The dog lives with a trainer

Three weeks or more, UK-wide collection, and a full handover — because results that don’t come home aren’t results. This is how The Transformation runs when the reset needs doing away from the house.

Online

On video

Triage and coaching from anywhere. We’re honest about the limits — some severity work can’t be done remotely, and we’ll tell you if yours is that kind.

04 — Price

£2,000 to £3,000. The assessment decides which.

Not a menu. The same label on two different dogs isn’t the same job, and pretending otherwise is how people pay for the wrong thing.

01How many triggers, and how long they’ve been rehearsed
02Whether residential is part of the answer
03How much of the household has to change with the dog
04How far we travel, and how often
05What the between-session support needs to look like
06Whether we’re building from nothing or undoing bad repairs

05 — And then?

Twelve weeks ends. The dog carries on.

The handover isn’t the finish line — it’s the start of the part you run. What keeps it held is a rhythm, not a memory.

Group coaching, monthly — in person or online

A pack walk, a paddock session, or a video call: one thing in three formats, on a monthly membership rather than per session. Every Transformation ends with the offer, and nobody’s signed up automatically.
