Book an assessment.

Everything starts here, and it costs nothing. We look at your dog, listen to what your life actually looks like, and tell you honestly which route we'd put you on — including the cheap one, and including none of them.

Free · No obligation · Nothing sold on the day
01 — Tell us about your dog

The more you write, the better the answer.

Every enquiry is read by Scott or Kate. If what you describe needs a phone call rather than an email, we'll say so.

02 — What happens next

Three steps, no pressure.

01

We read it and reply

Usually within one working day. Nobody chases you afterwards — if you don't come back to us, that's the end of it.

02

We assess your dog

On the paddock, at your home, or online. We watch the dog work rather than take a description of it, because owners are usually too close to see what's actually happening.

Free · no
obligation
03

You get a straight recommendation

Which route, roughly how long, and what it costs. If a vet or a behaviourist is the better call, we'll tell you that instead — and if a £20 pack walk would do it, we'll say that rather than sell you a package.

03 — Finding us

Two acres on the Norfolk–Suffolk border.

01

Roughly 20 minutes from Bungay, 25 from Harleston and Beccles, 45 from Norwich.

02

Parking is on site. Follow the drive past the cottage — the paddock gate is signed.

03

Sat nav to IP20 0NX drops you close, not exact. Ring if the lane looks wrong.

04

Bring water, a lead, a long line if you have one, and whatever your dog will work for.

Please don't arrive unannounced — everything here is booked in advance
04 — Before you ask

The questions we get most.

Is the assessment really free?

Yes. It exists so we both find out whether we can help, and so nobody buys the wrong thing. You will not be sold to on the day.

Why can't I just book a session?

Because we don't sell single sessions. One session doesn't change a dog — it changes an afternoon. Everything we do is a package or a programme, and the assessment decides which.

My dog is reactive. Where does it happen?

Usually here, because two acres gives us the room to work at a distance your dog can cope with. Tell us what happens and how close is too close.

Can it be online?

Yes, and sometimes it's better — we can see the dog in the house, where a lot of the problems actually live.

Can I get into the Dog Club this way?

It's the only way. The club is invitation only, and invitations come out of the assessment or out of training with us. There's no application form and no waiting list.

Or skip the form

Ring the paddock.
