Pick the one that sounds like your walk. Every one of them has a way through, and every way through starts the same — we look at the dog properly before anyone talks about programmes or money.

Lunging, barking, the lead going tight fifty yards out. You’ve started walking at six in the morning.
He comes when it suits him. So the lead stays on, and he never really gets to be a dog.
Two hands on the lead, one shoulder aching, and you’ve quietly stopped enjoying the walk.
Adolescent, into everything, barking at the window, up at every noise, never quite switching off.
The weeks that decide the next ten years. Start here and most of the list above never happens.

Scott has spent twenty years around working dogs, and the last decade building something most trainers never get to see the inside of — a £4 million education business, built and sold online, teaching what he knows.
He could run that from a laptop anywhere. Instead he’s on two acres on the Norfolk–Suffolk border most days, with Sonny and Puro, his two German Shepherds, running the IGP club and training other people’s dogs — because the field is the part he never wanted to give up.
He and Kate Gibbs are both NePoPo® Gold School graduates — the system used by police, military and sport handlers across Europe — and Scott is NePoPo® e-collar certified. That’s who actually turns up to your assessment.
Assessment with Scott or Kate · Never a junior, never a franchiseWe don’t sell programmes off a page. We look at the dog, ask what your life actually looks like, and then say what we’d do — even when that’s nothing we sell.
The breed, the age, what’s going wrong and what you’ve already tried. The more you tell us, the more useful the assessment is.
On the paddock, at your home, or on video — whichever suits the problem. We watch rather than take your word for it, because owners are usually too close to see it.
A package, the membership, or occasionally a vet. Sometimes the honest answer is six weeks of something free and a different lead, and we’ll say that too.
The same shape as a decent gym. Nobody gets fit by paying a membership — they get fit because someone showed them what to do first, and then they kept going.
Six to twelve weeks of proper work, with a written outcome and an end date. In person in Norfolk, at your home, or online.
Group coaching on a fixed rhythm, so there’s always somewhere to bring the next thing — and there will be a next thing.
Obedience, tracking and protection for working dogs — mainly German Shepherds and Malinois. IGP. You have to be invited, and that follows an assessment.
Working days at the paddock for handlers who want the method and the mechanics rather than a demonstration. Small numbers, working and spectator places.
